Sort of.
This is me, with the results from some real tournaments I played in and a little England flag, but no mug shot.
Then there’s this geezer – an American who dares to have the same name. Apparently he cashed in the WSOP Circuit Event in New Orleans last year, so I know it’s definitely not one of my results!
I’m sure the other Christopher is delighted that the picture adorning his achievement is actually yours truly. This was taken at the Liverpool GCBPT last month.
My staredown missed. Wide left.
Since writing this they’ve revised the pages. The other Christopher apparently cashed in the Caesars Palace Classic, but he now has my Orleans Open results as well as my picture, and I’m left with just the GSOP and Late Night Poker scores.
Hi Chris
Profile sorted, sometimes it\’s just impossible for us to distinguish between two or more players sharing the same name, especially when an English player cashes in a US city where a US player with the same name has also cashed!
If anyone has any issues with their profiles, or would like to add a picture/bio etc., they just need to email pokerdb@thehendonmob.com and we\’ll sort it out.
All the best
Rob
Thanks Rob. In some ways that’s a shame – I kind of liked the ambiguity 🙂
Impressive that you stumbled on this…
We do our best 😉
[…] handful of players will have their wins recorded against someone else with the same name (but that happens to the best of us!) but mostly it’s a decent set of figures. I’ll link to the full thing once it’s […]
